These terms cover this website. They are not the terms of any gardening work — that gets agreed with you directly, per job, before anyone starts.

What is on this site

We have tried to keep everything here accurate and current, including the services described and the photographs of our own work. Details change, though, and nothing on this page is a quote or an offer. The price for your garden is the one we give you after we have looked at it.

Photographs and reviews

Every photograph on this site is of GM&M's own work, our own gardens, or our own family. We don't quote reviews on this site — if you want to know what people think of our work, our Google listing is linked from the site and always up to date.

Trees and chemicals

Some trees in the ACT are protected under the Urban Forest Act 2023, and removal or major pruning of a regulated tree needs ACT Government approval. We will tell you if that applies to your garden before we quote. We do not carry out commercial herbicide or pesticide spraying.

Your rights are not affected

Nothing on this website limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will be provided with due care and skill.
